I emailed this seller last week to request pictures of the undercarriage to determine rust (car is being sold in NJ). They declined to provide, so I passed.

statistics show that cars 10 years or older have a 10% rate of ODO rollback.

roll back or not, it does look quite clean and could very well be 100k miles, seats have no rips dash looks nice and tidy, and the carpet and panels look good.. however being from NJ and the north east in general i would worry about rust.. and if the seller really doesn't like giving any photos of those areas i would question their validity.
