Just to be clear, they say grease immediately , so they don’t come already greased correct?
Inspecting my old man emu ball joint that was failing. It appears to be within the recall list! Time to get a free replacement!

Let us know how the recall process goes with your OME’s. my current nitro gear UCAs I purchased in 2019 fell into this batch number. I purchased another set as this sale price was too good to pass up. deciding if I should swap ball joints or the whole UCA.

Curious about how much change in caster you noticed after replacing those OME's
@onelittlestar it was very noticeable difference. It was tow in. I had to go get an alignment immediately. I believe the main difference was the built in negative camber on the OME's.

How’d your alignment specs come out? I have yet to install, need to rebuild my KINGS and haven’t found the time
Wanted to share my experience with this deal so far.
Placed order online Sept 9th. Credit card was immediately charged, but I didn't receive an order confirmation. Traded phone calls and emails over the course of the entire following week before someone managed to find my order. Was then informed that the warehouse may take several weeks to ship them and to reach back out to them if I didn't see a shipment notification by the end of the month.
Overall it's unfortunately been a very poor experience as a customer. However I'll also admit that I'm not in any kind of rush to get these, so the great price was sadly worth the past, and potentially future, hassle.

@wingnutted what vendor did you use? I used Toytec. Ordered weds and was to my door in Socal Saturday morning. I didn't get the cheapest price though. I think it was $315 all said and done. @onelittlestar I'll get you a picture of the alignment print out when I get home.

yeah, I drove over to Cashmere and had them do the 4.88s and elocker (and some other work while the axles were out) at their onsite/affiliated shop. Their big warehouse is in the east though, no guarantee the arms are actually in WA.

Mine just arrived today. Super sturdy packaging. I also experienced little communication after placing the order but once it shipped from Nitro Gear I received the tracking number and order list.
Batch is 2022 so thats good news.
