Nitro UCA too good to pass up?

@DJCloz They do like bump stops. The UCA box is labeled for the 200 and they look identical to my current Nitro Gear UCAs, good idea @onelittlestar I’ll call and confirm though. Seems odd that they would be in the sealed box marked for the 200.

UCAs are marked with TLC200-L-E22 K so these must be the right ones. Still not sure what the bump stop looking hardware are for or go to. No markings on them.

There are 4 of them? Couldn't even begin to guess what they're for. Look too small to be used for bump stops

@TLC2013 did you ever figure out what the rubber mini bumpstops are for? Just opened the box that my UCA's came in (direct from Nitro) and the same little bag of the four rubber pieces with attached bolts was in the box...I've only ever installed one other set of UCA's (SPC's for a 1st gen Tundra) and don't recall anything like these being needed...

Anyone else get these rubber pieces?

Interesting so another one received them too. They look like generic bump stops of some sort, no idea if they will work for the 200, they resemble a generic bump stock of some sort. I had no need for them so I paid it forward.

Same here. I opened the box and just stared at those four small bump-stop-looking things and never could figure out what they are for. Just glad nobody else has a clue either, I was beginning to wonder if I was missing something. My guess is it's a holdover for another vehicle application.

the sale on these ends 10/1 per their emails

Getting around to installing these today. Didn’t have any notes in the packaging and I’m curious as to where this small washer goes?

I just installed my UCAs with some King 2.5 coilovers and the included bumpstops were perfect as the existing OEM front ones require pretty significant trimming to get them to clear the Kings. Even with a narrow diameter bump stop, the bump stop housing still had to be ground down. I only changed out the bumpstops on the front of the LCA. The included nitro ones are just a bit taller too, which is probably a good thing since I am running 34"s now. I may run some Timbrens in the rear location, but I'm hoping with the Kings, high speed bump stop hits will be a rare occurrence.

Overall, I was impressed with the Nitro UCAs, especially for the price. I threw a set on my 100 as well. I have not done an alignment after the King install on my 200, but everything in the front end feels pretty good. I'm guessing that since alignment adjustments are on the LCA on the 200, changing UCAs won't do as much for alignment.

I have the Nitro UCA’s installed on my 2015 LC and they started squeaking immediately upon installation (they have plenty of lube). Anyone else experience this? Thank you!

No issues or any noise with my nitro UCA, been completely silent since day one. Check against this list to ensure it was not part of the upper ball joint recall.

They're on super sale again FYI. Or maybe they are always on sale I don't know. Anyways I just ordered a set for $251 plus tax minus 5% coupon. Like $259 out the door. They're for a later need date when I change suspension finally.
