Great. Will see you at Walatowa, and I suggest everybody get gas at San Ysidro, as Walatowa has lost their computer several times and who knows if it will be working.

OK looks like I’m in. We could meet at the north portal instead (550/528) and go from there since it looks like everyone’s coming from Albuquerque. Then go out through Cuba

I can meet you at Hwy 550 and 528, I live near there. I am meeting a few other drivers at Walatowa visitors center at 9:00 am. Can you make our meet up by 8:30 am? It is a 30 minute drive from there to Walatowa. Let me know.

Right now , it is just you and me from the NMHDC . I have 3 or 4 members of NM4W that are going, so expecting 5 or 6 vehicles. Perfect size for doing lots of exploring. Should be fun.

Just got home from an overnighter on FR144 and passed a gazillion campers heading up that way. Y'all try not to run over the ATVers, they're like ants in the Jemez.

I will be parked in to HD lot next to Hwy 550 by 8:20. See you there. Rest of group will be at Walatowa at 9:00 or so. We will meet them and take off. I will have a full tank of gas..
Will bring chainsaw, last time I took a group up San Miguel Mt I had to cut out several trees that had been blown down across the route.

Got a few pics but we spent a good part of the day in dense trees. A bunch of trails I had never run and parts of the Jemez I had never been to

A few pictures from Jemez ride. Fun group of people, with about 50 miles of forest roads covered! Very, very green Jemez for the first time in several years. All the little streams were running. NM 4 Wheelers and NM High Desert Cruisers got together on a great run. One picture of the prescribed burn near La Cueva.
