South Island Imports is closing by mid October 2022. Get your Toyota parts now.
Land Cruisers parts are all gone.

Just saw SHELL ROTELLA 15W40 at Lordco. Many, many 5 gal pails. So just maybe it’s back.

Non synthetic hopefully?

That's good to hear. Canadian Tire doesn't sell them anymore. I bought the Motomaster 15w40 that claims to be produced with 'shell technology'. Doesn't have the rotella characteristic smell tho, so once I'm through my pail, I'm back to the real stuff if it can be found.

Is a weird smell eh?

I only notice my crankcase vent smell for the first couple weeks after an oil change with that stuff.

It is weird. Must be the specific detergents they put in? Does burn off in a couple weeks I find too.

Creative Conversions LC300 conversion into a Ute! Too cool $$$$$

I’ve seen a few creative conversions in person (pre 300 of course) they are nice.

They were doing 70 series quad cabs before Toyota did. 🤣

Ladysmith. Sorry missed this, been hammering away in the shop on the 60.
All good. Mel asked at the downtown one. Apparently the one up by costco had a few.

At $142 each... although that may be the classic Lordco " raise price by 30% then give you 30% off" deal.

I need to find a decent alternative for when that stuff is unavailable. Delo 400 maybe, although it doesn't seem easy to find either.

Synthetics seem to be more readily available, I don't know if I want to go there tho.
