Newbie question... swap applicibility

Im not at all familiar witht the 200 series drive train. Is it basically the same as the 100 series? I am looking at sources for a swap into an fj45lv and was looking at the 100 series 2uz but got thinking about the 200 series...

No, very different . The major difference is the transfer case, which now has a centered rear output and drivers side drop for the front. FWIW, the 2nd gen Tundra is the same, just has a part time case.

If the 100 t-case could be bolted to the 6 speed AB60F, that would be a heck of a nice drivetrain in a 45. The 5.7 makes 400hp with a couple of bolt ons.
