Hello again.

Here are a few shots of my new(er) and old(er) cruiser. I bought the 97 mainly for it's improved on-road abilities and creature comforts. Also, the auto trans allows me to let my wife take the wheel on longer roadtrips! I fully admit that I'm getting soft.

Another question: has the factory sub-woofer always been almost impossible to hear or is there a gain on the amp that can be adjusted? I can only detect that it's even on when my ear is pressed against it..... There are a whole bunch of opportunities to improve on the stock stereo. I can't wait to tear into it.

Don't say that......The 80 series is a wolf under sheep skin....It is truely a beast off road...Way more capable than a 60 series.....
