191XXX on the ticker. running strong and its driven daily.

I use it primarily to take the kids around town and house related chores. Typical errands and family functions.

I drive 74 miles round
trip to work so it is not the most viable alternative. I rather feel the pain at the pump in less frequent intervals

I alternate between the 80 and my pickup. So they are both "every other DDs"! The mini truck gets worse mileage than the 80 and requires premium but it sure is fun to drive.

Just got the wife a 4Runner, so that's her DD.

I have 170,000 miles on her and she is my daily driver. I bought the '97 FZJ80 because I thought it might get better mileage (and ride smoother) than the '77 FJ40 I have been driving daily for 20 years.

10 miles, round trip, to the cubicle very M-F. 187K on the ticker. Not even warmed up by the time I park her (is that bad?).

I have 204,000 on the ticker and it's my DD and my buisness vehicle. Hope to soon change that, but for now it get's the job done.

Mine just turned 180,000, my daily driver. 30 miles round trip to work five days a week. Looking for another daily driver vehicle now. It kills me to waist this truck on commuter miles.

202,000 miles on the odo, had a broken speedo cable for a while so my guess is about 220k on her. Daily Driver 100%. 70 mile round trip commute in Arizona heat and Phoenix traffic. Wife drives our un-named european sedan 2 miles a day and I won't switch with her. Also wheel as much as schedule will allow.

IMHO that's the beauty of the Crusier. Wheel on the weekend commute in style during the week.

i alternate between the 52 mpg prius and the 12 mpg l.c

Just like everone else here, I used to use it as DD for 4.5 years until the gas prices went outrageous. I now have a Toyota 4x4 P/U to drive around and it saves me a tone of $$.

However, my LC will be with me until I die, to say the least. :)

My 94 is sitting at 196K, and used to DD it until a month or so ago, now it gets to do the "choice" transport duties. I got my work hooptie (88 saab 900 turbo) to putt to and from work in. It actually gets more looks than the cruiser does though. My kiddos call it the "white rat", but I call it 30mpg! It scoots too. Thank goodness for the Valentine One.

Matt
