NEWB - Just purchased '11 - Tire question

Good afternoon guys. First, let me apologize for my ignorance. I've searched but can't find the answer I'm looking for. I just purchased a stock 2011 LC. Tires and wheels are OEM. I was thinking about upgrading tires to BG 275/70R18 TA KO.

My question is this, will these fit on the OEM stock wheel? Also, will they rub. My apologies if this has been asked a million times.

I've also ordered the ARB aluminum roof rack. Next up will be front and back bumpers, some type of ladder because I need to be able to get on the roof rack.

I have chatted with a few folks and it's going to depend on each individual tire. I have chatted with someone who has good year duratracs 275/70r18 on his 200 and was assured it would not rub. But I've seen other with different tires say they rub... Every tire is going to be a tad wider or taller depending on brand, even though they are the same 275/70r18 size.
