That's no surprise... the Constitution and the Bill of Rights were suspended on January 20th, 2009 anyway. So why should a New York congressman, who's probable never visited Utah and couldn't even find it on a map, feel obligated to follow the rule of law?
Dude the patriot act has saved COUNTLESS lives!!!
Movement going on to toss out all the old garbage next November, not a bad idea IMHO..

The date when the Constitution was suspended has nothing to do with this issue, please feel free to debate that over on the politics forum.

On a positive note, I have heard that New York had issues of their own? It's good to see that those have been solved to the degree that their representatives have nothing better to do but worry about how Utah runs their state!

Both my congessional reps (after contacting them), sent replies stating opposition to this bill.
Hope others follow..
If they step beyond the legislative process and get away with it..How are we going to make them
