Where to start.
Name is John. I've been called many things recently. Drive two toyota'a: One, worst made vehicle ever, the other, a 62 that smells of rich mahogany and leather bond books. Could be the nicest one in the state, probably the world. I compete in hole climbing competitions, wrench strapped at all time, and i wheel every weekend.

I am the guy who is constantly on mud. I am on mud at home, at work, even on vacation. I can break anything, just check my tcase rebuild thread. I am the breaker of bolts, destroyer of transmissions!! The military calls me when needing something field tested for ruggedness!! I can destroy it all and do not limit myself to just the things i own!! I am known to start $%^& and then sit back and watch them sling poo. I currently am the secretary and in by no means am i scared to suggesst things on the bod!! Think i am **** now, wait until next year when my son is thru with his surgery!!! U should be worried, very worried
ok so i take Gabe to this spot to do some wheeling. There is a huge muddy hill that's about as long as a football field you have to go down to get in....and back up to leave. unless you have boggers....you need 4wd to leave if it's just the least bit damp.
Gabe gets down there and drives his 60 thru the mud/water like it's got a nascar built engine in it. I'm pretty sure he hit 7 grand in the first water hole.
Then his rig breaks down (suprise suprise)
we wheel for a couple hours to let his flooded out rig dry out.
I'm there with Gabe and my then 2 yr old after we are wheeling pulling apart his carb because of a float sticking open in the middle of a mud puddle.
I get it running (he had other vac. leak issues aswell) but not running well enough with the tools i had on hand to get him enough power to pull his rig up the hill.
At this point it's only gabes rig and my rig left, everyone else said screw it and went home.
luckily i had the diesel 60 at this point.
I strap to his bumper and tell him not to take his foot off of the gas.
somehow i manage to pull his rig up the hill with no issues...I'm pretty sure gabe's rig was blessed by god that day!
anyway...he is then able to drive to the barleys pool torny meet afterwards.
Gabe can truely break anything.
It may be because he thinks he's got an indy car engine in his 60?
either way...Gabe should replace Adam on Topgear!

I am Heather, previously a Georgia member, but now remote in Houston, TX. I have an LX470 and an FJ55. I DD the LX, but rarely drive the pig and am actively looking to sell it. I was the Land Use Officer for a bit, and participated a lot in the Save Tellico campaign before moving to TX a year ago.
I used to have an FJ Cruiser and while I like to wheel, I am a bit of a wuss. Not as bad as Josh, however.
I hardly ever wheel these days, and really need to get back to that part of the country soon! I miss you guys!

Oh, and I have been known to keep candy in my pants and sleep with a frying pan and sledge hammer after drinking Gentleman Jack for an extended period. And I REALLY like Jason's birthday banana bombs cooked in a campfire while on top of a mountain at Cullowhee.
