New to me 2010 GX460 with 130k. I purchased the GX last week, everything feels tight on it, runs well, everything works, interior and exterior are in good shape (excellent for a car that has lived its life in Brooklyn).

I picked up a BT OBD2 adapter which was delivered yesterday (LeLink OBD2 Diagnostic Tool) and using OBD Fusion with the $10 Toyota add-on.

C1201 - Engine Control System Malfunction
C1422 - Master Cylinder Pressure Sensor Zero Point High
C1456 - Control Pressure Sensor Zero Point High
P0504 - Brake Switch "A"/"B" Correlation

OBD2 equipped cars are new to me, so this is my first time dealing with codes.

A little research suggests that the P0504 issue is probably just a problem with the break indicator switch which is easy enough to diagnose and fix.
I found some information suggesting that it is possible the C1422 and C1456 codes may be remedies with a Zero Point Calibration (if I am lucky?)
The C1201 is obviously the concerning code.

I have not been able to get the OBD2 scanner to read information from the tire pressure management system. Not sure if its just my BT adapter or something else.

There are no dash lights on, no check engine light or other warning.

If anyone could suggest next steps to diagnosing the issues that would be super helpful. Thanks all.

Thanks for the response, super helpful. Seems like I need to start by checking light operations for P0504 and C1422.

C1201 is the one that kind of scares me.

I will look into other adapters to see if I can find something more compatible. I did make my way over to Costco and got the nitrogen topped off in all 4 wheels.

Is it odd that the check engine light is not on with the C1201 code?

Did codes come back after erasing them?

Not all codes will turn on CEL but 1201 I would think it would.

Is it showing up in live or historical codes?

it did show back up after resetting, and all four codes are appearing as confirmed and historical.

Maybe worth adding - the car did just pass a NY inspection a week ago.
