Ok so I had some texts back and forth today and we're making progress. New ECU is wired up.
If I had to guess I'd say it actually might be done 2 weeks from now.

Update:
MAPECU version 2 installed and faulty. Defective (it was bought used and will be returned). Was working on the assumption that the new MAPECU version 3 wouldn't work with this configuration so we were using version 2.
Tuner found a way to get version 3 to work - which is nice since it's a brand new unit versus used.
That should be arriving this week - to be installed (minimal wiring changes between 2 and 3)...
All other wiring done.
W2A intercooler needs to be plumbed in
Exhaust needs to be finished.
Tune - likely just a street tune which is fine by me.
