If anyone is looking from a great product from a great vendor, Lomusass is the MAN!!! I just received my newly made tailgate for my FJ45LWB truck. It is a work of art.

It was a little scary dealing with someone out of counrty like that, but he is very communicative, and does what he says he will.

So these would be same/better than OEM tubs? If so, how much would a 10/73 Drop Tailgate cost? Mine looks like swiss cheese... And uh, how much for shipping to 96821 Honolulu, Hawaii? The shipping is gonna be rediculous.

I make full door skins, and i can supply used/repaired..And i'll proberbly will someday make complete doors, but not yet..

has anyone taken delivery of one of these tubs yet? they look great and from what reviews i have heard of the tailgates and other misc. parts, i am sure they are of the highest quality. but i want to hear from anyone who had received a complete tub - how is the fit? does it line up with the factory body mounts? cowl? door jambs? hardtop? also, how much extra effort was it to prep/paint the galvanized steel?

My tub is currently is the USA getting cleared by customs. I plan to do a full report on it with photos etc.. It will be a while before I am ready to install it, but I'll try to get it lined up with my cowl and I'll let y'all know how the roll bar holes etc. line up.

I must say I've enjoyed watching your progress here. Just looking at your tubs has giving me some more insight on repairing and reconstructing mine.

Your doors are fantastic. I hope I can budget a set. What about a canvas window?... or are these strickly used as is? Nice progress I'm looking forward to seeing more of your work. I just wish I could drive down and pickup a few bodies and doors to build a couple of trucks!
