Looking for a set of stock steel wheels for my 72 FJ40 in 10" width instead of 5". Color not important as I will sandblast & powdercoat just need them to be straight. TIA
I actually have this set, they require a 1' spacer to clear disc brakes...........and a daughter on that Island.....she live on N just north of pleasure pier.....
I've been thinking of this for some time, most of the folks that do this cut the stock rim and insert metal....and from what I understand with mixed results.....I thought a better method would be to insert the stock center into an existing rim of the width you desire.........I got around to trying this and it is gonna work
Back side, as you can see it is not yet welded, with the center here I have 3.75 BS which would not work on stock axles and clear wheel weights......however it will clear my Hi Steer arms fine...[
I don't know if all or most 15" wheels use the same dimensions but...
