Had to add a new line to my signature. Will there be anyone at the 3-5-06 run who can take my money and give me a T-shirt and land permit? I guess it's about time, this is starting to look like an obsession.

Pix would make this post much better!

When are you getting the lift and tires for it, so she can show you the proper line on the trail!:bounce:

Phil is the money guy and unfortunately he has other commitments this weekend. :frown:

Me and cameras don't get along. Perhaps I'll take the family wheeling at a Sonic one Friday and you can check out the flex on the obstacles there. :grinpimp:

No lift or tires. Probably an aftermarket bumper, or I'll fab something. This one's my future trail truck, but if it doesn't get my wife at least the 15 MPG I promised, she'll trade it in on a Rav 4 or something. Besides, I bought my LC so I don't have to look for silly 'lines'. :D

Spike, this is Michael. Be very careful, next thing you know she will like it, and declare it HER trail truck, and dare you put any dents in it, ever, or even drive it...

I had a similar sinister idea (although for only a very, very short time :grinpimp: ) about what is now Claudia's FJ40 (and I can write this from the safety of knowing she's in Washington right now). Well, I get to work on it and ride shotgun every now and then  . My advice would be not to give up your own truck any time soon... :D

LOL, she's already gotten pretty possesive of it. I wasn't positive she'd take to it, as she still loves her 4Runner, but she drove it today and really likes it.

I'm hoping to get a couple of years out of the White Elephant before I do something catastrophic to it. Unfortunately I just raised the bar on what I'm going to have to buy her to distract her from her Land Cruiser. Perhaps the FJ Cruisers will be reasonable by then...
