I would try to contact Logan king… he is evidently friends with the guy. I’ve been waiting since October 8th, 10-14 week estimate on mine from explore overland. I emailed requesting production status as we are at the 14 week end of estimate, that was 3 days ago, no response. Off topic hear but I think everything is just jacked right now and what used to be is no more.
I'll try to reach out to Logan. I ordered mine around the same time. I completely understand the material shortages and lead time issues but some sort of response to acknowledge his customers would be appreciated.

I agree a status update is entirely appropriate.

It's not a new bumper necessarily - I think I first looked at it over a year ago. I would say its right in line on cost and its definitely one of the more aggressive bumpers in my opinion. I almost placed an order for his pre-order but opted out at the moment. As for supply chain I believe everyone knows the whole system is completely jacked. I'm in construction in the states and getting materials from orders is a constant battle fraught with delay after delay after delay.

Check out this one from Lil B. I believe he's in colorado. I'd also consider this

The reason I chose eo bumper is because to me the inserts under the headlights are odd. I haven’t seen it in person they just don’t seem to go.

Hopefully it turns out to be good quality. I will say their customer service so far has been excellent. I emailed the company asking a question, and the owner personally called me same day. I called mid December to inquire about the rear bumper fabrication of the rear gx470 bumper and was met with answers and timelines. Time will tell if I receive this bumper but hopefully I will!
I ordered the rear from EO, lead time was 16 weeks, and they’ve been good at communicating

Time will tell, 6 days since no email response, 4 days since no phone call return. They had their winter overland event over the last weekend so probably busy with that. I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt.

one guy i talked to on instagram said his front took about 18 weeks. im sure like everyone else theyre slammed.

I completely understand supply shortages, but as a customer base, we need to stop making excuses for insufficient communication.
If a vendor lists on his website that a product will ship 12-14 weeks after you give them your money, 12-14 weeks is the range of time a customer should know not to expect their order and shouldn't be harassing the vendor.
If the order exceeds that far end 14 week estimate, it's the vendor's duty to let the customer know.

There isn't a shortage on the internet or email writing, it's raw materials. If the materials aren't available to make bumpers, that should mean there's more free time available for manufacturers to let customers know the status of their order.

I’ve asked this question before : how many times would it take for Amazon to screw up an order before you’d boycott them? And that’s just convenience at stake, when there’s only one source for exactly what your after, it’s even harder to just say, well, forget it then (referring to custom products for our vehicles) ohanarig supply… my wife ordered a rear hatch Molle panel from them, no email communication hardly….but it eventually showed up. Doesn’t seem Like an email Is that hard to respond to does it?

I'm glad I found this thread, i've been between the EO and Redgod bumpers... I was leaning EO, and so far it seems like the right choice. Can you post an update on the EO once you get it and install? Good luck with your order! Cheers

I will! It’ll be april-ish

I bought diode dynamic ss3 pods from lightwerkz cause they have always been good to me on my hid kits/warranties. Amber fog beam pattern and then white driving pattern. So 4 pods in the bumper, then got the warn evo 10 winch and some white spot lights from diode dynamics for the ditch lights. Anyone looking to buy the diode dynamics can ask me how I like them… with that
Bumper you got to have lights to finish the look.

Am I the only one who thinks tube bumpers look like a half-finished DIY project meant for a dune-buggy?

That’s fine, my coworkers say my gx is just a glorified mini van. Haters gonna hate. And I personally love the dune buggy look, better than the cattle rancher bumpers. To each their own.

ive got gouges running down the side, smashed up bumpers and panels from trails and rust forming around the edges. grunge is fine as long as it gets the job done
