Great minds must think alike. I just picked one up along with the front wire blocks. I just wish I could still get the early horn relay.

You're welcome, John. I wish I could get more of those cute little colored fuses. Just cause. Yes, I blew one or two during the harness restoration.

Marc, my early relay works, in spite of an obvious engine compartment fire at one point. The plastic cover melted a little, so there is a leak around the gasket at the base, but those old horns sound great!

Great info!

edit......thanks Bull and Brent and Dave ;)

now you say the terminal blocks are availible?..............;)

yes, pricey little bastards though;) might be all of $16 each at the dealer.

Have you checked on the horn relay? I thought they were still availible too.

I got 4 on the way and a spare fuse block and OEM soft door WS..........does it ever end? :D

oh and that 45LV toy........remember that? ;)

Care to share the part # for the terminal block? :D

Terminal Block # is 82670-30020. Wiring will never be the same. ;-)

I have the feeling I am missing something here. Waddya mean, Marc?

I was looking at my old fuse block yesterday, which was corroded to hell. That's why I replaced it. Well, I said, what the heck and sandblasted the sucker. It cleaned up very well, actually! Looks as good as new, except no yellow cadmium left, of course. It is the 5 terminal/2 terminal version, naturally. Did these older blocks have a cover on them ever? I've never seen one with such a thing in the photos, nor on EBay or whereever.

The one aspect of my PO wiring that seemed to remain in decent shape. Maybe someone replaced it along the way.

I took it as, no more messing around with 40 year old fuse blocks.....

I've got a few of those 5 fuse covers Dave. I'll try and snap a pic for posterity.

BTW, where'd ya get that really cool, oversized wiring diagram? ;)

Believe it or not, that's not yours or from yours, Mark. Although the one you sent holds a special place in my barn: one day, when I find a copier that will accept it, I'll make you some spares like I am supposed to.

I don't suppose you know where there are some AVAILABLE fuse box covers, do you?
