If the embed doesn't work. New very loud and getting louder noise. Sounds like wind buffeting mixed with an unhappy Geiger counter. i.e. like a bearing without oil. I've checked all 3 diffs and the oil level is right and the quality is good. I haven't drained the T-case yet and its my leading suspect. Its not speed related, and its louder under load than off-load, but you can still hear it. I've done a visual inspection of everything I can think of. There is some seeping around the speed gear in the T-case and the case felt warmer than usual after a drive, but there is no unusual vibration coming from the shift lever while driving. No oil stains on the ground from the T-case area. The front main and oil pump seals and leaking badly, but have been for a while. (getting done as soon as I get my OTRAM adapter from @CPACruiser on Etsy which hasn't shipped yet). Its getting louder fast enough that I will have to stop driving it soon.

Notes: I recently redid a leaking inner oil seal on the rear axle, but there was still plenty of gear oil left in the differential. I changed the gear oil in the T-case not that long ago, it still looks like honey. I redid the front and rear axles in the fall (new seals and bearings) and it hasn't been a problem until now.

Check front and rear pinion nuts?
Check T-Case front and rear flange nuts?
See if you can move the driveshafts up/down at either end?

Check exhaust heat shields?

Checked exhaust - -found the bracket behind the cats completely divorced from the exhaust and removed it but it didn't help. Was hoping that was the culprit. No play on the T-case side, but I will pull the shafts tonight and check all the pinion nuts.
