That looks slick, i dont think i can afford it but i think i might steal an idea or two from it. Thanks for posting that link, i was wondering when theyd get it up on their site.

Sweet bumper...Shat load of money though. The ARB bull bar is the same price + you get more bumper. What gives??:o

I can't speak for MAF, but I suspect the price reflects fewer economies of scale compared to the ARB bull bar.

half of why you need a bullbar is to keep deer out of your grill, looks like a light footed one would go right over it and into the $$ in repairs?

well built looking though
really like that white cruiser..

clearly looks very well built, but i was hoping for a bit less than $750. as some have mentioned, you can get more protection and more mass from ARB for a similar price. i REALLY liked this bumper's design and was hoping for a price south of the ARB. hmmmmm.........

wonder how one of these would look powdercoated red on a red 62. :D

Glad to hear good feedback on it! It is pricey I know, but if you look at the material used to make it, the 4+ can stand up to more of a beating than the ARB. The thinnest material on the 4+ bumper is 1/4" plate, where the ARB's thinnest is 1/8" plate. I think they are pretty close in weight as well actually, we still have to weigh both with no packing material to see.

Of course I'm not against the ARB in any way, we just had a lot of customers asking for a very stout lower profile front bumper. You'll be happy with either.

Steve

steve-o, any idea what a different powdercoat color would add to the price? considering red. thanks.

The bumper looks nice.I like how the headlights are mounted.I prefer the higher profile of the ARB. 4+Plus does have some beefy products like my ubolt flip kit.

How much does it weigh compared to an ARB. It does look like it is well made. But is the added steel really needed? I have yet to hear of many ARB's getting bent even in wrecks. Anyone damaged an ARB bad? With a winch and things the weight can start to add up on the front.

steve-o, can the tubes be custom orderd on the 4+, something like this. the bars on the 60 arb are stubby/short.

ok beaufort, there's no way you're getting away without posting more pics of that thing.

I have several 4+ items on my FJ40, including front and rear bumpers. I can tell you that the 4+ stuff is WAAAAYY more stout than ARB. I like ARB, don't misunderstand, but the 4+ sutff is extremely heavy and well built. You pay for that kind of quality/utility.

Steve-O, nice job on that bumper, I have an ARB already on my FJ60, but if I didn't, that would be the one.
