The BII is gone parker. the LX is going to the top. I hope. With pickers it shouldn't be a problem I wouldn't think

I'm in the process of welding together a motorcycle hauler. I have a couple questions for you experts. I'm still in the design stage and I am wondering about a couple things.

Do you guys have any good ideas on a hitch that won't scrape like the stock 80 receiver... I may cut the bumper and flip the stock one. I can get my hands on many different receivers here at work. Also, how deep does the 2" square tubing recess into the receiver?

I attached an image of an example of the hauler and my first rough sketch.

Since I work at a metal recycling facility now, I'm slowly collecting pieces to build this... Found piece #1 this morning...

About 50 inches... More than enough.

Metal recycling facility? It'd be sweet if we could get good prices on scrap steel for projects like bumpers :D

I like to order some 1.5" X .188" wall DOM How many sticks do you have :)

Ryan, think about adding another smaller receiver out to one side or the other. Doing this and then adding a second leg to your scoot carrier takes a ton of wobble out of it.

Yeah Luke's would be good because you could use the recovery points with two pins on each side of the carrier for stability.

I think I am more fond of Stans bumper, his has recovery points too, and it does not look like everyone elses.

But hey, I may just be a little bias.............
