Took a drive out to Warrenton with the family yesterday and came home in a 2010 4Runner Trail Edition.

You need to bring this to the next meeting please!

Looks good! You came to Warrenton and didn't stop in to say hello? What kind of Shower Buddy are you?

Apparently not a very good one. Seriously, we decided to pull the trigger Friday night and it took every bit of our day to get this done. I spent the moring getting the Element ready to trade in and we left the house at 1pm and walked back in the door at 9pm.
Next time... be careful what you offer ;)

I've already told Steph I will be driving it to the next meeting.

I honestly wasn't sold on the looks of the 5th gen for quite a while. However, the more I looked at them, the more it grew on me. Lot's of people (including me) bashed the 80 series when it came out as well. It is a good size and is built to perform off road right out of the box. ATRAC, T-case shift lever, rear diff locker and a whole bunch of other dohickies I will probably never use.

I'm pretty excited to take this offroad... as soon as I hook up some sliders.

Nice ride! The look of the 5th gen kinda took a bit to grow on you.

Nice looking rig. It will trail nicely along with my Tacoma when we leave our 40's behind for an outing. At least we can travel in comfort, long distance, no trailers, and know we are coming home at the end of they day. Ready to break in both the new rigs when you are!
