and the John Deere hid upgrade.
Slight nitpick, but the John Deere's are HIR's, not HID's.
They are availible through the Floyd A. Boyd company out on highway 62, between Costco and White City. They will need to order them most likely. Took 2-3 days for mine to come in.
They gave me list price on them, which is not cheap. Plan on spending $70-80 for a set.
One advantage to them is that they simply last a
very long time. I run my lights all the time (even in daylight) and have had them for quite a while now, they've lasted longer than a couple of sets of the generic aftermarkets. A couple people report using them 2-3 years (with running them during daylight hours) and they're still lasting.
HID swaps are availible for newer trucks, but not cheap. If you want to do it right, plan on spending $600+. I'd love to do HID's, but can't justify the expense.
Jellio, I believe you have a 60, yes? Not sure if the HIR's will swap in or if HID upgrades are even availible.
