Purchased brand new 0 mile H55F 5-speed + 4.7 Marlin Crawler Toybox combo

I will NOT separate the two unless I sell the MODIFIED H55F first. For the Toybox to mate to the H55F you have to cut the output shaft shorter – see the attached image.

They both were bought brand new and have been bolted together and installed in my project for a year or two filled with 90w gear oil. I am going a different direction with my cruiser and do not need the Toybox. Unfortunately since I modified my H55F 5-speed I cannot use it without the Toybox.

I would like to get $3,450 OBO for the combo. This will include both shifters and the shifter knobs.

Any questions just ask. The combo is located in Ocean Springs, MS

Bump for a GREAT deal. If I didn't already have one here ready to put together I'd jump on this. Cost is lower than retail (these are all new) and you don't have to do the ToyBox install!

What engine does this H55 mate to? Thanks, Ed

Naive maybe, but what bolts to the back of the toybox? Split case?

Yes a split case bolts to the back of the toybox.

The H55F bolts to the 2F and 3FE engines with the bell-housing from an FJ60.

The H55F is a direct replacement for the later year model FJ60 H42 4-speed transmissions.

it will also bolt to the H and 2H engines......with that input gear.

Sorry I'm fairly new to my 62 and have thought about doing the h55 but what is the toybox?

The toybox is a reduction gearbox that goes between the transmission and the transfer case. It gives you and additional low gear when you are out crawling. The gear reduction is almost like having an additional first gear.
