I wager it is either the windshield or the sunroof drain. Blow some air through the drain holes in the sunroof (or have the dealer do it before they put in the new ECU)

yeah i have already had the headliner down, the drains are free and clear i can see the water draining just fine through/down them. i know the windshield has been replaced as its not OE glass so im suspect there initially. the Lexus dealer will be sourcing the leak tomorrow as the new ECU/M wont be here till monday so they will have all day to find the leak before the issue.
It is the windshield if the drains are clear. I had the same issue, but I caught it the moment it started (also non-OEM glass)

Got it back. It was the windshield. Had a new one installed. New ecu, as well it is working fine now, no leaks now power draw. Installed my HIDs the other night, love them. Tried to get my fogs converted but they would not work for some reason... Gonna just put some PIAAs in for now

Been trying to think of a fitting name for the GX, and a build, anyone got any ideas... I'd like to start a build(already done a few things), but need a name first.
