That thing is awesome, but $62,000 is WAAAY too much for a utility truck. I want one anyway though!! I doubt my marriage would survive a purchase like this ;)

Other parts of the world may have the 70 Series but at least here in the States we still have the $75,000.00+, 10 mile per gallon behemoth know as the Land Cruiser. If you look closely at the tire threads you can see the remains of Smart Cars and various other hybrids that got in the way.:)

we already make barbeque with them....

That just pisses me off. People burning vehicles, especially a Landcruiser Troopy. I would smack that person till their head fell off.

The have them elsewhere too, but they just cost more than they do here. I think the going price for a 200 series was around $140-160K:eek: in Australia last November when dollar was about par with ours... They do not get the 5.7 yet though. Still with the 4.7 and diesel of course.

Stopped by a dealership in Cairns and they said that you could buy a used 100 series with a diesel, use it for a couple of years and get exactly what you paid for it or more when you sell it. The salesman said the straight six diesels a perfered over the v-8s.

I would agree with that the TD 100s hold there value really well if not yu might be able to make a little bit if you sold it later on.
