Looked through the search and have not found what I was looking for. Need some input on the Marlin Crawlers clutch kit. I am needing a new clutch and some other parts and was wanting to get it all from the same place. Was looking for some 1st hand input on this clutch good or bad. Any thoughts? Thanks :beer:

clutch change

Not familiar with Marlin Products first hand but good rep in general

I got all mine from CDAN toyota OEM and had the flywheel turned locally

I dont know how familiar you are with clutch changes so I wont pipe in with a bunch of advice but I will say this- if you are going from finger style to a diaphragm style clutch order a couple extra of the clutch throwout hub retainers---those little pins that hold the fork to the hub

If you already have that style then you have spares---otherwise you may spend a little too much time on your hands and knees squinting at the garage floor and cursing

ask how I know:lol::lol:

This will be my first clutch job. I'm not sure what style I have yet have not pulled it out yet. This is on a 68 but has the newer motor and 4 spd in it. I am just trying to figure it all out still. I am needing some wheel spacers from marlin to I thought I would get a clutch to.
