I'm positive it can. I was going to put a swing out on it but couldn't get a spindle in time. So next time I visit him we'll make something up. Maybe even add some rear quarter panel protection at that time. From the dent I already have I could use it.

Hmm... I'm going to be building a rear bumper with swing out when I go to the uk in a few months. I need to prep my Cruiser for Africa. Any chance you have dimensions or plans? I'd like to give building your bumper a go!
