Our buddy Chirs (aka 71/monarch) called me yesterday telling me about a 55 he was looking at sounded like a good deal but i didnt need another cruiser. well for the price it was a smoken deal and he bought it but we had to have it out of there that night. He had been there 3 hours protecting it until we could get there with the trailer ( thanks Rob, the other rob) as my wife and i pulled up we got to see the cops patting down Chris, seems he went into someones yard to get a drink of water from the garden hose and they called the cops. the owner showed up got her loaded and delivered. its in great shape not much rust and complete. what a great find. enjoy the pics we did stop by the car wash to clean her up before his girlfriend saw it

Nice trailer..............................you guys and your cruiser finds kill me.

Looks like a fun project.

My neighbor has one that has been completely restored and is now in pristine condition. Can't help but check it out everytime I walk by.

Look forward to seeing pics of your progress.

Tim

Nice, has it been a california truck?

No pics of the cops?

So is this one yours or Chris's?

Chirs. I/we have enough projects right now . but we can still look right :bounce:

Okay,
" Allow myself to reintroduce myself!!!"
I wanted to clarify to those who are not familiar with the San Bernardino area, lets just say it's not your best neighborhood. Nevertheless, a visit from the local friendly policeman is not so uncommon.
Back to the main focus, I just wanted to say " thank you" to Rob and Wendy for the help because if it wasn't for them I wouldn't have my rig parked in front on my house today. As for the other Rob, his trailer worked out great so thanks too.
About the police footage, it was to late to snap a shot by the time we all thought of it which plays into my favor because I didn't want to do anything else that night but get my rig home.
thanks for the support everyone,
Stay tuned.

Wow! great piggy!

I'm also jealous of the drive-in car wash...

...those things have been outlawed in my area which makes cleaning a real PITA!!!

(and of course it is also illegal to wash your vehicle in the street here)

Have fun!
