need to cut off perches

I am in the process of doing SOA, and i need to know how to cut the original perches off, torch, plasma, grinder?

I have a grinder if anyone has one of the other that they could lend or come over to help cut those off, I would appreciate that

I like the angle grinder personally, then I don't have to go back and weld the the damn holes I punched into my axle housing while using the torch... (grrrr)
