Too far north. Too far east.
In a few weeks I'll need to borrow a medium sized trailer to pick up books. What I need is a trailer that can handle one pallet at 1670lbs. I'm guessing they will be in ABQ around March 2nd or 3rd. Let me know, please.

John, I've got an 8-foot, basically flatbed trailer - it's got a steel angle-iron frame around it. I transported a pallet of wood-pellets on it, I think it is rated for 3K lbs. It is stored at the house in Rio Rancho, you are welcome to borrow it. Let me know and we can work out details. I live a few miles from Steve in the north part of Rio.

That will work Paul. I actually have two pallets, but the second is small ... 720lbs. This way I can stick both on there and not unload the small one into the 4Runner. I'll shoot you a PM when I get closer to knowing when the books arrive. ETA in Long Beach is Feb 21st, and it takes about 10 days to clear Custom's and truck freight them out here.

Why was I thinking: "Cruiser To Paint Shop?"

[ssshhhhhhh, not so loud]

The idea crossed my mind, except I'm going to paint myself. Larry thinks I can do it. At some point I'll need a trailer to haul the body to get her soda blasted. Most likely after I get back from Baja.
