Check the link in my sig for parts I have to trade. :)

glove box door would be kinda nice

prop valve!!! have a disc brake axle from Uglibus to put under my Pig but need a prop valve.

how important are sliders on a pig? they are required for my 80...but people tell me they are not that important on a 40...so what about a pig? don't see them all that often...

Thanks.

Timm

I didn't need a proportioning valve for front discs, just removed the old residual...
I hear you need the proportioning valve when doing rear discs.
Your stock door sills will work just fine as sliders for a while. then they'll crumple and you'll have to cut them off.
Cheap and simple sliders: 2 lengths of 3" angle iron, jacked up against the door sills, drilled & bolted through all the way. I put 'em on as a temporary fix 20 years ago. Very important in this neck of the woods.

thanks all...I had heard that about the prop valve, probably from Hatfield, but Ige and I were not sure. So just remove the residual valve and I am good to go? Cool!!!

Timm, Lance (IPOR) made up some very nice and very heavy duty slider/rockers for us a while back..........they have the contour of the original rockers but are sliders; you might drop him a line and see if there are any left; HTH;
