Hi guys

Spent the night at the twin creek rec site just 9 km down the fsr, woke up at 1:30 am to some drunken idiot cruising the rec site screening his head off, my 90 lb golden retriever and 95 lbs Rottweiler were not happy.. Thought I was going to get gang rapped by a red neck in his f150 ..the site was empty and he parked 50 ft away from me and was screeming at the moon for 5 mins, then smoked a joint for 20 then took off... Insert deliverance theme here... Weird event...

Back to the rescue...
How am I to get some good web wheeling in with out pictures... Lol
You guys are just going to have to go back and reinact the rescue, that's all there is too it!

Blahahah awesome, I have a feeling that is not uncommon up there. Some very rough looking homes/areas.

A reenactment would be fantastic....with live feed video and instructional diagrams.

:hillbilly:

I too am disappointed, go back and do it again otherwise it doesn't count and we all are just going to assume you guys got drunk together and made up a story while eating chips, sitting on the couch and posting on MUD :D

But seriously, awesome job to all who went out and especially George, for he may not be the best writer (or even second best) but he is for sure a great person, always willing to help and giving 110% into what he does. Pleasure to have you in the club..... just stay away from the vodka ;) leave that to us Polaks :D

Yes I agree his willingness to help out speaks volumes. Hell I did not post after a trip a year ago and he tracked me down through 3 members to make sure we made it out ok, good guy. Some times we do not see eye to eye at all and i think at times his posts come off a bit harsh. All that aside i feel good knowing we have members like him, Brad, Scott and the others out there willing to put there lives on hold for others in need.

One of the many reasons I like this group so much. :)

Totally agree! And one of the main reasons why I am a member, because of the people, not because of a symbol, or brand or type of vehicle. The fact that we all drive the same awesome trucks is an added bonus, but the members are the most important reason.

OK, yes I rolled the truck, yes I'm driving a gasser, can we move on to someone else's mishaps? Hey, there's a guy on here that got stuck in the snow poke at him for a while :D

You forgot to mention the drowning in the lake ;)

Can't say he is a bad wheeler he walked out of there after digging out underneath with great skill really ,it could have been a total gong show.I'd wheel with him any day . But he did get stuck going down hill on a snowy road :bang:

I continued wheeling till the end.

I seem to remember someone else had to go home with only one functional drive shaft. Pretty sure it was a burgundy 40.

Yah. I think Jeff is wrong in his comment. Really unfair to call it drowning in the lake when it really was the creek.

I never saw those photos before! A polish U Boat commander- whoda thunk?

douchebaggery at its peak!

I think I have some more photos of the incident but I don't like to rub things in...

How about something more positive like a successful crossing

Oops. The last 2 are of Matt. Sorry :bang:
