A Sunday in Vancouver 7/21

Hello northern cruiser friends,
A few of us have a full day to enjoy in Vancouver before changing planes and heading further north for a fishing trip. What are some must do spots to check out with such a narrow window? Any recommendations on an outdoor gear shop? Long shot but, any local cruiser events that day?

There's lots to do. What day are you in town, and what kind of outdoor shop? Edit - now I see that you were in town on Sunday. We have Cruiser Days Show & Shine (aka Dust & Rust) on Sat Aug 16 in Squamish (1 hr north of Vancouver).
