Need help with small hardtop seal. Where does it go?

Like the title says where does this gasket go?

I've looked at 100s of pictures and can't tell it's orientation. Am I right in where I am holding it? Please advise. A picture would be awesome. Thanks

It appears to be the top corner pad:

Looks like it lays flat on the top per the diagram. I just redid my top and did not use this. Perhaps @Racer65 can chime in?

That gasket overlays the front portion of the U shaped roof gasket. If you've replaced your roof gasket with the currently available version, you can toss these gaskets.

That's what I needed to know. I have all new gaskets so I will set these aside.
