I have replaced the clutch master and slave cyl, and still my clutch pedal is soft to the floor with no disengaging w/o pumping like crazy... feel like an idiot, please help

Did you bleed it? You bleed it just like a brake with the bleeder on the upper side of the slave cylinder.

air is not your friend, bleed the system again if done already

Ya thanks... I bled, I re-bled, if I build up pressure and then let the pedal out, There is zero pressure retained, stymied.....

Where did you get the master cylinder?

....napa, sorry

it could be bad. still think you have air in the master or the slave. did you bench bled them before install?

aye, bench bled, and solid stream of brake fluid coming out upon bleeding slave cyl valve...would inability to hold pressure point to an issue w/ the master as oppose to the slave or release cylinder? Thanks

yep master moves throw out bearing to disenguage clutch slave brings it back. have some one help push in the clutch and the slave should move in concert with it. if not check for leaks if seals are bad you will have fluid loss in either master or slave in boot. if they move in concert and no leaks. air....
