I'm assuming I have to push on that brown thing, but it just doesn't seem to budge. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong? I want to replace a burned out bulb from the switch.

Im interested as well. The center bulb went out on mine. Where did you get a replacement? Do you have a part number?

Is the bulb not visible on the opposite side of the switch? Using a small screw flat blade driver you slightly twist the bulb (at the brown plastic base) and it should drop out, insert the new one the same way. Bulb is part# 84999-10310

What year cruiser is this from? I have a 2002 and didnt realize that there was a bulb in the seat heater switch

PN is correct...I bought 2 last week from local Lexus dealer.

On the other side of the switch shown, you should see a white circle thingy with a thin slot in the middle. Grab a small screwdriver, twist the slot counter-clockwise gently until it stops, and remove the lamp. I replaced both left and right side lamps. You may need a dental pick to gently pull the bulb out of its socket.
