Good afternoon all,
I recently have an accident caused by other driver, but the insurance concluded that its 50 50% fault, hence it will cover half the cost of damage. I plan to buy and fix parts on my own rather than going to body shop in order to fix everything within the budget.
However, i there are a few parts which I couldnt identify, please help me with their names (ideally with part number).

1) The AC fan relay. The AC fan runs even with engine turned off hence discharge the battery., I now, have removed the cable going to the ac fan. I am wondering if this is the part, and what its parts number.

It is hanging just below the driver side fog light. It appears that it is broken. Please see the location of the ac fan relay in the picture below.

2) This component just behind the front bumper, in front of the radiator is filled with water. its top is made of glass. It is normal or its cracked and hence filled with possibly rain water

3) Where are these bumper assembly

parts located.
The number 10) in the picture is upper reinforcement (part number #52029-60010). Is it this part.

The circle part goes along the inside and at the bottom of bumper. It is bend in this picture. It is upper reinforment. if not , then what it is (part number from the above diagram).

4). Are part 7(the impact bar) and 8(the reinforcement plate) are single unit. The insuance claim that only part 7 needed replacement and there is no mention of reinforced plate. Is it this part in the picture below.

Kindly see if you identify any of these parts. I will, really appreciate your help
I am avble to identify the ac fan relay. Howvere, I am not sure whether the fan relay needs to be attached to frame to guage the temperature or can work handing, since the frame is damaged, I cannot attach it. It is hanging inside the bumper now

The part with the liquid is your AC refrigerant line site glass. It helps the technician tell if there is any refrigerant and oil in the AC system.
