Need exhaust work - recommend a workshop?

I am looking for a workshop in San Diego that can do some exhaust hanger work on my 1996 80 series LC. Anyone have a recommendation?

After some bumper mods and taking off the muffler plus many desert trips, the remaining hangers have broken. Common problem I guess. Some welding held up for a few trips but is too brittle. I think it is going to need some extra bolts mounting to the frame...

Advice welcome! I am sick of this rattling!
