I'm working on a new guage layout for the FJ40 gauge panel that includes the OEM speedo. Does anyone have a CAD drawing of the gauge panel? (preferably one that includes the OEM speedo)

Let me know if you can help out.

Thanks,

Lance

Call Van Nuys Speedo, I think thats what they are called. TLC uses them for all thier resto guages. Or email Johnathon.

did you ever get a drawing for the guage panel? Im going to use my glove box door as a template but wanted to see if it was already out there.

I've got a (modified) one in ACAD; but it's a proprietary I worked up for Lance at IPOR for some custom gauges. I believe I still have all the "stock" stuff on there, but would need to dimension it out some if you were going to start from scratch.

We did find that there are small discrepancies from cluster to cluster. Can't remember exactly how much, but there was some. I never got around to scanning up any of the others I've got out in the shop to see how much variance there was...

someone else used their box cover also as a templet but dont remember who it was. I bought a danny wardens one many moons ago with the fj40 engraved on it.

If your going to dump that into a CNC program let us all in on the action!

CAD file FJ40 gauge and glove box panels

Well I have done a fair job at making a DXF but still have some issues with program keeping the size correct. Will try to post for others but want to have plate made first to see if it works.

I would be thank full if any one else has these panel on file and will share.
