LOOKING TO REPLACE FACTORY RUNNING BOARDS. I WANT SOMETHING WITH A STEP ON IT FOR MY KIDS. JUST ORDERED MY 3" OME LIFT KIT.
SO FAR I LIKE THE SLEE ONES THE BEST,
ANY OTHER SUGGESTIONS? AND WHERE WOULD BE THE BEST PLACE TO ORDER THEM.

Slee are nice, their step sliders are better if you are looking for a "step"

I had the Metal Tech sliders on my 100 and they are solid.

Metal tech is pure awesome. Kids climbing on them for years now w/o problems.
The little kick out on MT is an advantage on tight trails

MetalTech has the OPOR sliders on sale. Same kick out shape as the MT sliders, but not as burly (or expensive). Any reviews?

For step sliders I went with cruisin off road. They have a website. I think bior has one too. I heard metaltech no longer makes their sliders. They only sell the opor sliders. I'm waiting for delivery on mine but there's a photo floating around the threads of one. I believe trail tailor sells his own step sliders here.

I have BIO sliders, and love them.

I have the Slee step sliders and often jack up my truck from them, and banged them on rocks.... tested well for me!

Metal Tech OPOR sliders have held up great to some heavy abuse here. Slammed one side of the truck down on them once, and they barely moved.

Slider pic thread

This is my slider thread. It has lots of pics if you want pics. I decided to go with white knuckle with the kickout cover. Haven't received them yet, but super excited about them.

I had white knuckle angle the sliders down 10 degrees to turn them into more of a step. Forgot to say that.

I'm running Rock Road Super Sliders on my 100. I have beat the hell out of them and they have exceeded all expectations in doing their job. Absolutely would buy again.

They sit high and tight but also have a decent step on them.

I have white knuckle on my 100 and my 62 and like them a lot. On the 62, I had the white knuckle guys change the angle a bit to make it a little more of a step and that's worked out well for my vertically challenged wife. I've posted pics of both cruisers in one of the other slider threads.

my advice is wait until next week for black friday deals.

Bump It Off-road step sliders.

WELL GENTLEMEN, first and foremost really appreciate all of the input. I finally ordered the slee slidersteps.
I really like fact that they are covered from the top, I have two kids and read about someone getting stuck in the open ones.
I will send a picture once done, for anyone elses fututre reference.
I will be installing them with the 3inch OME lift kit.
Can't wait to get it done.
Next is the roof rack, naturally all of your input will be requested for that as well
Thanks again.
