Got an email update from Mike... Sounds like me bumper and swingouts are back from the powder man and will be headed to VA shortly... I've patiently waited for this particular model bumper and look forward to bolting everything up... I will post a couple pictures of installation and a few after install work is done... Thanks again to Mike for working to keep everyone happy and for discounting his already great prices!

I just got a call from my dad, saying that my rotopax cans just got delivered to his house. (ups can never find my house... One of the perks of living in the sticks...)

Looking forward to the arrival of my bumper too!

Sent from my Thunderbonner using IH8MUD

Sounds like good news for everyone! Mine will be picked up from my PC guy tomorrow!

Along with Bamachem's 03+ grille and stuff, it was a good week

Thanks guys that helps. I think maybe I just dont have the high-lift far enough down towards its base and the lifting ledge is hitting the tire frame. I'll try again tonight.

my lift base on bumper was off angle by accident...must of shifted during welding....so had to have extension made to make work.....or cut off bracket, re weld, and then powdercoat or rattle can the area messed up from repair.

I took the 2 inch extension and works great....snugs against tire sidewall for rattle free ride. :)

My bumper is at the freight terminal! I'll go get it Friday!

^^^ Good news! Hoping the freight carrier calls me soon to tell me he is on the way to my office...

Question on the cutting of the cross member, what TPI does your sawzall need to have in order to cut it? As far as the angle grinder disks, is there a recommended brand?

Also, not sure if it matters or helps with suggesting a blade, but my Angle grinder is a 10A Hilti with 11,000rpm, the sawzall is a Makita LXT(not sure on the amps)..

no idea...i borrowed sawzall from friend and never cared about the TPI on blade...only that it was there. Same for my angle grinder....just the standard cutting wheel and grinding wheel...just have a couple available. Sawzall is very fast so make sure you dont cut into box frame rail by accident by getting too close.....let the grinder do that part for you.

I used dewalt bimetal blades. Cut right through.

One thing to mention, I had a leak after installing bumper and removing rear window air deflector. I thought air deflector, but it ended up being license plate holes. Anyway, make sure to plug thise holes.

Thanks! I will look at getting those bi metal blades tomorrow!

I put a non-descript plate (Indian Motorcycle) to replace the real one and reused the original bolts/screws as I figured that was just asking for trouble. Glad to see I chose right.... :)

Got my bumper, swing arms, skid plates, and diff drop on Tuesday. Awesome, high quality work! Mike, thanks so much for the group buy!

Now off to finish them and install them...busy month ahead!

Yeah... Pics or it didn't happen!

Mine won't happen until next weekend...

It's currently on the way across the USofA. I will be able to pick it up next Friday.

I just got a backup camera: Amazon.com: Waterproof Car Rear Vehicle Backup View Camera High-definition Cmos 170 Degree Viewing Angle E363: Car Electronics

Did anyone mount a similar camera to their BIOR bumper (I will have both swingouts)? I was thinking of making a small bracket that attaches to where the stock license plate is (will no longer be) (and hopefully it will have a good viewing angle if placed far enough to the driver's side???).
