Brittan - got a chance to try your "Brittan's Dutch Oven Peach Cobbler" recipe, and thanks for sharing it! I think I mixed it a bit too much, as the batter was very smooth (used the water from the 2 cans of peaches), but it still came out great. I'm going to take your advice next time and leave some batter dry 'globs' in there and see how it helps with consistency.
No complaints from the campers, though - great receipe, easy to make, and tasted great - the smell when it was cooking was part of the experience;
