I believe I have the cigarette lighter assembly. I will confirm for you and send a photo.

I do not have the LX450 steering wheel. I am also out of the LX450 wheel caps. Sorry!

Here you go. It's out of a '96 LX450. I see it's quite dirty but appears to be pretty solid. Some screw holes in the very front of it--but those get covered by the shifter console piece.
