i'm in maiden about halfway between ashville and charlotte.
i'm open to wrench fests and fab fests also.

trail rides once a month would be great!!!

Well, as soon as I can FIND one......

Yeah, this one.

Wasn't too thrilled about the salvage title business, also not into the 2-tone look.

Heck, there's a nice blue one in Morrisville on Autotrader, but can't get the seller to respond to messages.

Z if th eone in Mooresvilleis the same one I looked at a year ago, run. The rear wheel well and tail gate were eat up with rust, all the way through. I was not real sure about the frame either. He was off of Hwy 55 in a subdivision.

Hmmm.... I looked at a "miata" blue one down 55 at an office park, and yes, it was just about to fall apart with rust, even the undercarriage was flaking rust. Nice new coat of paint over nuthin' but rust.

This is the one in Morrisville that I tried to contact, lighter blue, repainted:

Zcruiser, that is my buddy's FJ62 in morrisville. let me know what info you would like on it and how much you might be willing to pay for it, it was originally a white cruiser that was repainted light blue.

Did you get my PM with my email address? Haven't heard from your friend yet....

Is there anyone in the club that used to be a part of Carolina Cruisers.... I always wondered what happened to them.

I used to meet with Jonathon up at Uwharrie about twice a year back many moons ago.

Bump.

Wow, this was much farther back than I realized.

Glad to have ONSC. Just one of those things worth being thankful for.

I was in the Carolina Cruisers. Most of the guys rarely wheel anymore for various reasons - families expanding, careers, aging out, other hobbies, etc. Jonathan still has his yellow 40, but he stays busy with work and family. Trent still has his white 55, but hasn't wheeled in years. Terry sold his 40 and is enjoying retirement. Jack still has his beige 40, and wheels alittle when he has time. Bruce sold his Tacoma and got out of wheeling. I still keep in touch with most of the guys.

Man I love these old threads. Good times. I remember bugging Greg to get the club up and running so some of UC's members would have local events. Boy how times have changed.
