Nav differences in '06 & '07?

Hey guys, great forum here.

I'm getting a new Landcrusier soon and heard somewhere that the '07 has a newer generation Nav system (than the '06). Can anyone here confirm this? Dealers in my area (Seattle) are really clueless when it comes to the Landcruiser. I couldn't find anything on Toyota's web site either.

Well, Club Lexus says the 2007 LX continues with generation 4, so I would be surprised if the 2007 LC gets generation 5. Probably effort to reduce costs since apparently both are getting redesigned for 2008 MY. I made a few earlier posts assuming the 2007 LC was getting it, but never got any true confirmation from the dummy Toyota delaers or the website. So, if you are basing your decision on navigation being upgraded for 2007, you may be out of luck.
