Mystery threaded hole in 2F Engine Block (1 Viewer)

Can someone help me identify what the hole show in the photo is for. It looks like it goes into the water jacket but not sure. I don't know if i should plug it off or if something important goes in there. Also if I need to block it off, what size plug do i need?

you do Not have a 2F engine ....

or at least the 11400-60030 / 60031 there is Not 2F ..
