Sweet:cheers:

hell ha
looks great. a whole new twist with the water to air intercooler. are you going to rerout your ac lines? is that a 3" downpipe?

where did you plumb your water lines for the water jacket on the tubo? (water cooled)

you will need to wrap the rubber lines commin off the turbo of course. Ask me how i know. you probably have already

you said you are lean at only 6 psi. did you run a supra fuel pump? could you possible post up your lm1 charts?

more pics friend and a big welcome

Thanks guys I glad u like my build
Dusty I will just use a wrap for the exhust to keep the heat away from my ac line
It is a 3" donwpipe
Can u explain what u wanna see about the lm1 and I will do it for sure:cheers:

Cool!

One question: would the MAF not be better off positioned after the intercooler so as to report the temperature of the cooled air and not the hot air straight out of the turbo?

No I dontg have a supra fuel pump what year can I use ?
Water line I would like to know how to do it I u can tell me please :)
I'm using my cell right now so I will post more pics later :)

somethin like that for your rubber hoses on the turbo

the lm1 has data logging-ie plug into the computer and see how a/f ratios do vs rpm/boost/etc. i have one for my turbo too. i have never taken it out of the box. the charts can be posted up but im not that tech savy.

the early obd2 fuel management on the 1fzfe probably isn't going to care much where your MAF is. mine is before the intercooler just like yours

Thanks dusty

nope

where does it lean out aprox. at what rpm and at what boost? how lean?

Nice work man. How much do you have invested so far?

Very nice work that man! :)

As Dusty asked, pls pics of the water in and out - where did you plumb into and return?

What have you done for fresh air? I can't see where you've put the air box - is it back in the stock position or have you fitted a cone?

Are you venting your wastegate to atmosphere?

What's the quality of that exhaust manifold?

How much was the turbo? Where did you buy it?

Did I say great work lol

Sorry for all the Q's!!!!;)

i like when people ask because that help others too ;)
just the turbo was $1220 i think was a great price himni-racing.com

waste gate (yes atmosphere)

exhaust manifold (i think is good cast iron will see i paid $399 my friend have a performance shop and he said is good for the price he told me can be good for 50K or more specialty because a have a very flex pipe will see:rolleyes:)

dusty i would take a video so you can see it ;)
but now i have a fmu full throttle is so rich from 9.0 1800rpm to 13.4 4500rpm so seems to me i need to replace the full pump and take out the fmu anyway i have the smc water injection :) that will helps a lot i hope so what you think?

ohhh if i leave all stock the AF is good but i need to wait about 4 to 6 sec after i hit 6psi to get 12.3 and that can be bad

Supra fuel pump you can use is a 93-98. They are good to 550 to 600 rwhp on a supra (stick). If had one laying around, i'd use it. Just buying outright, the walbro 255 is about 1/2 to 1/3 the price last time I checked. I love homebrew setups. Personally, I would go with the walbro and if needed, just go alcohol injection. :D What kind of injectors you gonna use (High imp or low)? Supras have 550cc Low Imp, (Same ones used in the RX7 turbo).

I tough I can keep my stock injectors I need to replace the injectors?

you can keep your stock injectors as long as you dont go to wild with boost, you can map fuel in or out throughout the whole rpm range with an safc very cool setup its a :banana::banana: to wire in but you look like you know your way around.
