my pig intro

ok so this is my rookie intro of my pig i found it here on mud
for 2000 it's a 74 stock 1f 3speed some homemade lift shackles and 33's she has some rust but thats fine with me
i also picked up a parts 40 with arbs f/r disk f/r 4" lift small block sm465 3 speed case i picked it up for 800 for everything from a club member the body is shot so i'm taking the axles and power steering and selling the rest
plans for my pig spring over or 3 links f/r either 6.2 diesel debating on om617 if a kit ever comes available nv4500 and doubler when i get every thing together i will do a build up thread

they are resilient and i love it. yep they are angle iron soon to be scrap metal again

thanks everyone n666s yep she came from fl you must have looked at her as well. nuclearlemon it is a manual window crank for the tailgate done by a previous po it does not seem to work to well now not sure if it did when first done or not i'll take some pics of how they did it and Geaux Tigers i may as well that's all you hear around here

how is the engine running?.....compressions?.........the f 1 1/2 is supposed to be the best of the best..a fellow mudder JohnnyC got over 400.000 miles out of his......if it is a good engine then you have made a great purchase..congrats

the motor runs but needs a carb rebuild but i'm going to swap for a diesel so it will be up for sale her in a few months

here is the parts rig i picked up from a club member i'm stripping the axles which are filled with arb's and have disc f/r taking the power steering and radiator the motor has roller rockers may have a roller cam and may be stroked

Welcome dude! Good to hear of the future link suspension I'd go tri. 4 link rear instead of 3 link back there. You mentioned a doubler (?) Keeping the LC tcase & rear offset axle behind all that diesel torque? Can't wait for the build thread

sorry have not had much time work has kept me busy i pulled the motor i will be off most of the winter so i will get it drivable then when i start i will start a build thread
