Can we see the interior too? Please

I love this, so cool. Love the way you used the rear top hatch so you could keep the back window and the lower tail gate as a functioning tail gate for the ute.
Are you getting custom glass made for the rear quarters?

And its a diesel :eek::clap:

Keep the pics coming ...... oh and if your buddy wants to vacation in Tennessee with free room and board, send him over, ive got a ute project in mind :flipoff2:

Looking really good. Cant wait to see the finished pics. I've been angling to do this chop for the last few years, but SWMBO has always been dead set against it. If I can prove to her it would look great I might be in with a chance.

You are doing good work:D

As an aside, how do you get around on those tyres - with NSW plod or the RTA pulling you over every 3 minutes?

I have always loved the look of the 80 sidestyles, the dual cab tray backs are getting a little over done. I got a quote from 4B Fabrications | Custom fabrication for your 4x4 to do the same thing a while back and it was goin to be around the 10k mark, bit rich for my blood.
You considered running something like the Slee shortbus barwork on the front? Seems almost a shame to do all that fab work and use the run-of-the-mill ARB.
Either way I'm hanging out to see the finished product, keep up the good work.

oh my god. i just called up the mill cause i got major wood looking at thatg thing. ive always hated chopped 80s until i saw this. it looks factory. one of the badest rigs so far. cant wait to see more of this beast:popcorn:

The glass for the qaurters is the factory 80 rear door small glass so if it get broken i can get easy replacements.

Hahaha ill let him know about the holiday!

Forced95:

Ive been stuck on the front bar for awhile thats why i havent bought one yet, i cant make up my mind and i like the look of the arb bar because i want to be able to run over trees and other things without doing any damage to the body so thats the reason im going towards the arb bar.

Ozdunc:

yeh rta and highway patrol around my area are pretty harsh but i will be getting another set of tyres for the street just to keep them off my back haha.

thanks mate glad you like it! and yes thats the look i was going for i wanted all the work to be top notch so everything looks factory, and IMO i think it looks awesome i cant stop looking at it in my shop.

thanks for all the comments guys ill put some pics up of the turbo setup in a couple of minutes! :cheers:
